Host Ellen Kamhi, PHD RN, interviews Dr. David Gentile, DO, CAC, PC. Dr. Gentile is a board certified, integrative medicine physician, synthesizing a comprehensive approach that combines Osteopathic Musculoskeletal Medicine, Medical Acupuncture, Pain Management, Age Management, Weight Management, Nutrition and Brain Wellness.  He empowers patients with his approach to “Lifestyle Medicine”. Dr. Gentile acted as the Associate Director of Medical Education at Northshore-LIJ at PlainviewHospital. He  has instructed courses at Stony Brook University Hospital, andTouro College, and was involved in published research at Stony Brook University Hospital. He is a Police Surgeon, and is actively treating 9/11 First Responders. As a Master Chef, Dr. Gentile deeply understands the connection between healthy eating and wellness. He leads workshops on culinary based nutritional cooking shows titled “the Good Life with Dr. Dave”, and also teaches Power Qi- a fusion of Tai Chi and Chi Gung.
