On this edition of the Natural Nurse and Dr Z, listeners join the hosts of the program , Dr Eugene Zampieron (DrZ) and Ellen Kamhi, The Natural Nurse® as they discuss the syndrome commonly known as hypertension, or high blood pressure, which is one of the most common afflictions in the developing world today.
Dr Z and the Natural Nurse discuss some of the underlying pathologies of hypertension such as the western diet, lifestyle choices, and physiological causes such as excess aldosterone, excess release of catecholamines and cortisol, ( stress hormones), thick blood viscosity due to excess glucose, excess fibrinogen, excess lipids, dehydration, and deficiencies of key minerals such as magnesium, calcium, zinc,.
