More specifically, her research focuses on the effects of physical activity and diet on body composition, body image, mood, adherence, eating behaviors, quality of life, and excessive exercise. She has also applied theoretical models to examine the psychological effects of physical activity during pregnancy and postpartum and its relationship to the health of the entire family.
