George Paraskevakos, MBA, is executive director of the International Probiotics Association (IPA) whose mission it is to promote the safe and efficacious use of probiotics throughout the world while being “The Global Voice of Probiotics.” As a probiotics expert and scientific strategist he has developed international outreach programs for regulators and education platforms for healthcare providers and consumers. Since his designation as executive director, Paraskevakos has grown the association from 40 to 110 companies worldwide; hosted numerous international probiotics conferences; published extensive probiotic papers and articles; and collaborated with fellow probiotics associations to further knowledge on probiotics effectiveness and safety. Paraskevakos is also an advisory council member for the Center for Digestive Health at Rutgers University, Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine & Health Sciences and Alliance for the Education of Probiotics (AEP).
Fay Johnstone combines 20 years of reiki practice with herbal and shamanic training to connect us with the subtle whispers of nature for personal transformation. Following a beautiful awakening to the spirit of plants while running a flower farm in Nova Scotia Fay was inspired to write her first book Plants that Speak Souls that Sing: Transform your Life with the spirit of plants and now offers training and online courses on reiki, plant spirit connection and shamanism online and from her home in Scotland. Fay is also the founder of Plant Spirit Reiki, a therapy which connects Reiki healing to the power of plants as detailed in her 2nd book Plant Spirit Reiki. Charley Wininger is the author of  "Listening to Ecstasy: The Transformative Power of MDMA". Charley is a  psychotherapist in private practice and  licensed as a Psychoanalyst as well as a Mental Health Counselor, He specializes in relationships and communication skills, and has been treating couples and individuals in his Manhattan and Brooklyn offices for over 30 years.

He has been featured in The New York Times and Newsday as “The Love Doctor”.

For the past 20 years, Charley has been a member of the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (, which funds research into the use of MDMA  for treating PTSD, social anxiety and other ailments. He and his wife Shelley have been instrumental in building the local MAPS community in New York since 2004. He lectures on "Psychedelics Across the Lifespan" and related topics.

Charley was raised in the suburbs of Long Island, and has been a New York City resident since 1969. He currently lives in Brooklyn with his wife Shelley.
