Felicia Stoler, DCN, MS, RDN, FACSM, FAND  is a registered dietitian nutritionist, exercise physiologist and expert consultant in disease prevention, wellness and healthful living. She earned her master of science degree in applied physiology and Nutrition from Columbia University and her doctorate in clinical nutrition from Rutgers School of HealthProfessions. She completed her residencies at Rutgers University Athletics and ABC News Medical Unit. Stoler has served as a part-time lecturer at Rutgers University where she teaches exercise physiology, nutrition and communications courses. She is the author of “Living Skinny in Fat Genes™ . Joel Fuhrman, M.D. is a board-certified family physician, nutritional researcher and six-time New York Times best-selling author. He serves as the President of the Nutritional Research Foundation. Dr. Fuhrman has authored numerous research articles published in medical journals and is on the faculty of Northern Arizona University, Health Science Division. Heather Dawn Godfrey, PGCE, BSc, is an aromatherapist, fellow of the International Federation of Aromatherapists, and an aromatherapy teacher. She has published a number of articles and research papers exploring the benefits of essential oils, such as how they can be applied in the management of ADHD.

Heather worked for a number of years at the University of Salford, Greater Manchester, in the School of Health Science and Social Care, where she was program  lead for the BSc Integrated Therapy in Practice degree, and module lead for Aromatherapy.
